Market Tour + Winery Visit
Your Mexican culinary experience will begin with an intimate tour in one of San Miguel’s colorful markets and then will go to one of our local wineries. Chef Gaby will take you on a special tour of a local market so you learn about different chiles and the variety of fruits and vegetables only available in Mexico. Taste the flavors of regional delicacies at the market! After, Gaby will take you to one of the extraordinary wineries in our area to sample wines.
As you tour the market, Chef Gaby will tell you what is in season and how to select the best of everything. She will also give you historical information about markets and traditions, then you will have a chance to sample her favorite foods. If you are in town on Tuesdays, you can tour our local farmer's market with produce and gems from all over the country! Remember to bring your camera to get great photos of colorful, fresh ingredients.
After the market tour, Gaby will take you to the countryside to enjoy one of her favorite local wineries for a special wine tasting of 3-4 varietals. The wine tasting also includes a cheese pairing.
COST: $160 USD per person, includes private transportation, market tour & tastings, winery tour & flight of wines
MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE, the best day for this tour is Tuesday.

50% deposit via PayPal is required in advance to reserve your tour.
Remaining balance will be paid in cash day of your tour (USD or MX pesos).
CANCELLATIONS:
More than 1 week notice: 50% deposit is non-refundable. Less than 1 week notice: 100% non-refundable, but Gaby will attempt to reschedule if cancelation is necessary.
