Cocina Mexicana 

For over 26 years, Chef Gaby Green has had four restaurants, a food truck, a catering company and  offered cooking classes in San Miguel de Allende.  A native of Mexico City, Gaby learned early on 
how to cook in her grandmother's kitchen, where she had her own stool and utensils.  
While her specialties come from family's recipes, Gaby adds a modern twist to make 
her own variations of regional Mexican cuisine.  

Enjoy bilingual, hands-on classes in Gaby's brand new teaching kitchen.  
Each class is private in a Covid-safe environment.
